for the persistent and ambitious
Sit down at home with the people you care about most. You can make tea for everyone and put on some pleasant music. Share the knowledge and interesting facts from the training with your loved ones and explain how to do a self-examination. Then, together, plan something you can do for your health.
You are already on my website (it’s in Polish, but you can use translation software), so take some time to explore it, especially my projects . You can also visit my active social media channels, including Instagram and my Facebook page .
